「御節 」
New Year special dishes

OSECHI is cooking for New Year holidays.
It is a characteristic to cook to be able to save it and makes it by the last day of the year.
I save it in the cool place after a nest of boxes could checkmate a lot of cooking carefully.
It is common to eat after greeting the New Year, but manners and customs to eat in former reluctance of leaving on the last day of the year stay in one part of Hokkaido area.
